The Builder men’s soccer team played an exciting match against Tabor College on Oct. 20. Sadly, the game did not rule in the Builder’s favor losing to Tabor 3-0. Southwestern took a total of 17 shots throughout the game but could not score. Fouls impacted the game significantly, Southwestern had nine, and Tabor racked up eight.
“I prep like I usually do, I don’t know, we were missing something. I was, everyone was, the team was. I wouldn’t say it was divided, but we weren’t playing like we usually would. I know that wasn’t the best we can do,” said Ram Keller, freshman forward. “Now we just learn from it and move on.”
The Men’s team did not win but they know the students here are supporting them said Keller.
“I’m glad I’m here, so the loss doesn’t seem so bad.”
The Builders will be back in action at Bethany on Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m.
