Lady Builders fall to Oklahoma Wesleyan

The Lady Builders took on the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Lady Eagles on Saturday, Feb. 3 at 1 p.m. in Stewart Field House. After a quick lead in the first quarter of 27-7, the Lady Eagles regained control of the game and won 66-55. The Lady Builders have a combined season record of 7-19, and 6-12 in KCAC play.

Southwestern’s top scorer was Jordyn Miller, senior forward, with 15 points. Miller also gained her 1,500th collegiate-career point during the game. Miller led the Lady Builders in rebounds with 14. Taylor Henderson, senior guard, led the team in assists with five.

The Lady Builders will travel to Leavenworth on Wednesday. They will play the University of Saint Mary at 6 p.m. inside the Ryan Sports Center.
